1. The service

Demixly provides online audio tools. We may add, change, limit or remove features at any time, and we set usage limits (file size, length, jobs per hour) to keep the service fair for everyone.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload; we claim no ownership of them. Only process audio and video that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for how you use the results, including following copyright law.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Demixly to:

• infringe anyone’s copyright or other rights;
• upload illegal content or malware;
• overload, attack or scrape the service, or try to get around its limits;
• resell the service or offer it as your own API without permission.

4. AI results

Separation, transcription and detection are done by AI and can contain mistakes. Check the results before you rely on them.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Files are deleted automatically, so download anything you want to keep.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Demixly is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe content processed on Demixly infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the details and we will act promptly.

8. Changes and contact
